Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 137 in Dallas, VVA137 for short, is the first and largest chapter in the State of Texas. We just celebrated our 38th anniversary in 2022 and we’re proud that over 85% of donations to our organization go directly to the vets we are trying to help.

Last meeting we voted to have our meeting at a different venue this coming Saturday, 16 March, 2024 at:
The (Masonic) Mesquite Lodge #928, in Mesquite.

Board meets at 0930 hours, with the General Membership starting at 1000 hours.

Let it be known, that by Chapter resolution, the scholarship program has been officially renamed and will from hereon be known as the:
Harold "Hal" C. Hipp Memorial Scholarship Program
in remembrance of Hal's exuberant service as President of this organization and the many contributions to his Veteran brothers and this Chapter. He gained his eternal place in the presence of our Lord, who proclaimed "Well done, My good and faithful servant".
Hal will be missed as a husband, father, grandfather, veteran, brother,
and a true American patriot. Once more, welcome home brother ...
